Apr 6-8 & 12-14, 2019

Twenty-six Academy teams are traveling to Big South in Atlanta GA. This is a three day tournament: checking in on Friday, April 5th for 15-18s and Thursday, April 11th for 12-14s.

Wrist bands will be provided for coaches and players. Consult website for spectator admission information. https://www.bigsouth.us/spectator-admission

The club will be staying at 4 different hotels.  Hotel web addresses are provided for information only.  See parent codes for room booking.

Weekend 1:

Hotel reservations for Big South are to be made at www.thsweb.com. Not only is Big South a Stay to Play event, Academy is also participating in the Loyalty Program which means the Club is contractually obligated to filling a percentage of rooms. Parents of older girls who room together are encouraged to book in the team block. Failure to book a room could result in a team not being eligible for the tournament. Please use the appropriate Parent Passcode for your team. You will see a drop down at the top right of the THS website that says 'Book/Manage Rooms'.  Enter the appropriate code in the 'Parent Passcode' box to proceed. The website can be slow; resist hitting "book" more than once because it will cause you to reserve more than one room.
A one night non-refundable deposit will be charged 60 days prior to the event.
