Share your story with the media.

Thank you for taking the time to get involved.

Increasingly, we are being approached by the media looking for people living with PoTS who may be willing to share their stories. Additionally, we are looking to approach the press with some story ideas of our own.

If you are willing to speak to the media and share your story, we would love to hear from you and learn more about your experience of accessing care/living with PoTS.

Please note we won't be in touch with everyone who completes the survey but we will keep your details and reach out as and when opportunities occur.

What we do with the information that we gather from survey responses.
In obtaining your cooperation to participate in the survey, we undertake not to mislead you in any way about the nature of the research we are conducting, the way in which the data is collected and the use that will be made of the survey results.
All of the information that you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be shared with your consent.
We do not use any of the information you provide for direct marketing or other non-research activities.
If we ask you for personal information that enables you to be identified - e.g. your name and e-mail address we will clearly state why we are asking for it and for your permission to use it for that purpose. For example, it might be to inform you of future surveys, to see if you would be happy to share your story or to inform you of future events.
Your participation is voluntary. You are entitled to ask that part, or all, of the record of your involvement in the survey be deleted or destroyed. Please contact enquiries@potsuk.org if this is the case or you have any questions regarding our data privacy.
