This survey is designed to help us understand the quality of sex education curriculum in schools and resources provided across San Mateo County. All answers are anonymous. 

After the overturn of Roe v. Wade, Youth Advocates across San Mateo County aims to collect youth experiences of navigating health reproductive services. Youth Advocates is a program of Youth Leadership Institute.
