The Consumer Peak Alliance, made up of The Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council (VMIAC) and Being |Mental Health and Wellbeing Consumer Advisory Group (Being), have listened to feedback from people with lived experience of mental health issues and peer workers in each of their representative states, and have decided to bring their alliance together to seek feedback from individuals on their perspectives of the establishment of a National Consumer Peak organisation and a National Peer Workforce Association.

Your responses to the questions which follow will the state peaks and the Consumer Peak Alliance to provide feedback to key decision makers, and advocate your views, perspectives, and needs in relation to these vital topics at both state and national levels.

Completion of the survey is voluntary, and your views and perspectives will not be used in any other way other than to compile a report for advocacy purposes. Any information which specifically identifies an individual, family/carers, and/or services will be de-identified prior to its inclusion in any public report.
