At the International Society of Limnology (SIL), we are committed to fostering a diverse and equitable community in aquatic sciences. To support this goal, we invite you to share your experiences and perspectives through this survey. Your anonymous responses will help us better understand equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the limnology community and directly inform the development of thoughtful, evidence-based initiatives for our society. We are also interested in the perspectives of researchers working in or with developing economies. By learning about the challenges, limitations, and knowledge gaps encountered in limnological research in these regions, we aim to identify priority areas for support, collaboration, and resource development that can strengthen global participation and scientific advancement.

Please read carefully: Selection of all 3 statements below is required to continue with the survey.
