Outstanding Woman in Business Laura RedmanI am the Community Relations Specialist for North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center. I help to build relationships with our communities and businesses, along with marketing our 13 amazing physicians. I’m blessed to work with a phenomenal team at NTO. Not only do we take care of the patients, but the practice has made it a cornerstone to serve others outside of the clinics. Having that servant’s heart drives so much of what we do. Our physicians volunteer at GRACE Medical Clinic monthly and the staff volunteers hundreds of hours a year for other non-profits. To me, that makes what I do even more important. Getting out and making those connections with others and seeing how we may be able to partner or help is an honor. I’ve been in the marketing field for over 20-years and I love that aspect of business, but I really enjoy finding ways to put others first and help make connections. Whether that’s through networking, mentorship or volunteering. There really is no greater reward than making a difference in someone else’s life.
