9.My club is able to meet the Minimum Judge Certification levels for Sail Canada title events and recruit the required number Race Officials to adequately run an event from within our club or area. If we are not, we understand that we will be required to bring in Race Officers from outside the area and budget accordingly.

10.If selected to host, clubs will enter into an agreement with Sail Canada that will include the following items

1. When looking for event sponsors, the host club will ensure there is no conflict within the industries with Sail Canada’s pre-existing sponsors & partners. For example, a host club cannot acquire a sailing apparel company as an event sponsor as Helly Hansen is a Sail Canada partner.

2. The host club will apply Sail Canada Championships Brand image, Sail Canada’s Partners’ logos and any promotional text - as provided by Sail Canada - to:

Apparel and gear provided to Volunteers, Officials, and registered Coaches and Athletes;
Event website, social media posts, media releases etc.
