Pat Cosh Trust – Physiotherapy Research Topic Suggestions Survey

About this survey:

The Pat Cosh Trust is seeking input from APA members and the broader physiotherapy community to help identify physiotherapy research topics for consideration in the 2027 Strategic Grants Round.

The Strategic Grant supports research of strategic importance to Victoria's physiotherapy profession. While there is a Victorian focus due to the Trust’s purpose, the proposed topics may also have broader national relevance.

Suggested topics may relate to any area of physiotherapy but should align with the purpose of the Trust: to support the advancement of education for physiotherapists and physiotherapy students in Victoria by:
• initiating and supporting programs that improve practitioners’ and students’ ability to practise, and
• funding research to improve the education standards of practitioners and physiotherapy students.

This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Responses will be used for internal planning purposes only. The survey will close on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
