Moorings Presbyterian Church Survey

This questionnaire is being sent to all active members of Moorings Presbyterian Church. We request that each individual member in a household complete their own questionnaire.
 
During the past year, we have had limited interaction as a faith community due to the pandemic. To ensure that we understand the congregation’s spiritual needs and sense of connection to the church, we want to hear about your faith and your current sense of connection to the body at Moorings. At the end of the survey, we ask you a few questions about past church experience, and then ask you to identify yourself so that our Pastors and leaders can follow up with expressions of care, invitations to engage as you have expressed a desire to do so, and also so that Deacons can follow up with those who do not respond.
