Eye screening for people living with diabetes in the Isle of Man

Eye-screening is a specific test carried out to check for eye problems caused by diabetes. This type of screening is different to a regular eye-check at your opticians, and involves pictures being taken of the back of your eyes (your retina). We are carrying out this survey to understand the current eye-screening service being offered to people living with diabetes in the Isle of Man.
1.What type of diabetes do you have?
2.How long have you had diabetes for?
3.When was the last time you had your eyes screened?
4.Where did you have your eyes screened?
5.Have you ever been diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy or eye complications due to your diabetes?
6.If yes, when was the last time you saw someone related to this?
7.Are you awaiting an appointment with a specialist regarding further eye care?
