2019 New Mexico Home Visiting Summit Program Submission
"Offering Understanding, Opportunity and Hope to Meet Challenges of Childhood Trauma and Development"
New Mexico Home Visiting Summit — September 17, 2019
Santa Fe Community Convention Center
The New Mexico Home Visiting Summit is a gathering of statewide early childhood professionals who work in and advocate for home visiting as an effective model to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families.
Following a morning address from Dr. Bruce Perry and lunch, the 2019 Summit will offer two breakout session blocks, each 75 minutes in length. The first breakout block will be 1:00–2:15pm, the second at 2:30–3:45pm.
Six presenters will be selected to make the same presentation during both breakout sessions. This will give attendees who were unable to attend the first session the opportunity to attend the second session.
Audio Visual: Breakout rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer, LCD projector, screen and microphones for speakers. Computers provided are Windows-based PCs using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. No additional audio/visual equipment or requests will be accommodated.
Speakers are encouraged to bring a backup of their presentation on a USB flash drive/memory stick. All videos should be .avi or .mpg (not .mov) format, so they run properly.
For any questions, please contact Anna Marie Garcia at annaMG@lanlfoundation.org.
To apply and be considered as a breakout session presenter, please submit your proposal through this form by August 9, 2019, end of business.
