Post-Construction Business Survey - Grand Avenue

Thank you for your collaboration during the Grand Avenue Reconstruction project. Grand Avenue was closed to traffic and parking from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue in mid-April. Six months later, we have completed a full street construction and reopened Grand Avenue, with updated below-ground utility infrastructure and renewed asphalt and sidewalks, improving pedestrian safety.

The City of Saint Paul, in collaboration with the Grand Avenue Business Association (GABA) and the Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC), wants your feedback on the construction process. We know that street reconstruction is disruptive to businesses. Through the partnership, we tried a number of new and different things to support businesses, as well as provided regular project updates and dealt with issues as they arose. We want your feedback! Please share with us what worked well and also areas that we can continue to improve on for future construction projects in Saint Paul.

Please complete this survey by November 24, 2025.
