ECHO eLearning Modules Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Paediatric Project ECHO eLearning modules.

This pilot offers an opportunity for you to:

Enroll in 1 of the 4 courses as a part of a research study.
- Each course, a total of four modules, will take ~2-3 hours to complete and must be completed by November 30th, 2021.
Complete the course with access to a moderator for questions.
Attend a live panel discussion with the ECHO hub team to discuss the course.
Receive a $20 gift card for your time in completing brief research surveys about the eLearning experience.
