What is the Change Makers Award? The Change Makers Award highlights and celebrates community groups or organizations that are working collaboratively and going above and beyond to improve the health and well-being of the Dan River Region.

The celebration will take place on Tuesday, April 30th during the Health Summit. The winners will be contacted by the selection committee one week before the Health Summit. Be sure to hold the date of the Summit, April 30th, so that you can attend and receive your award.

Qualifications: To apply for the Change Makers Award, efforts must impact Caswell County, NC; City of Danville, VA; and/or Pittsylvania County, VA. Collaborative efforts must either be ongoing or have taken place between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 and should reflect The Health Collaborative's values of equity, impact, and community building, while improving health and wellbeing.
