COVID-19 Survey 2: Community

Everyone is handling the COVID-19 pandemic differently, and as a museum we realize the importance of collecting these experiences for future generations. Thus, we have created a series of surveys focusing on different aspects of the pandemic.

The only required answers are the demographics. Feel free to answer as much or as little as you like in the spaces below.  By filling out this survey you consent to have your information collected by The Morrison County Historical Society. This information will be available for any future research on the topic of COVID-19 in Minnesota.

We want this survey to reach people from all walks of life, even outside of Morrison County, so please feel free to share each link with family members and friends!
