All official photographers and media organisations appointed by BSRA will be accredited and easily identified during BSRA Regattas.

Such accreditation may be issued upon application to BSRA and will require the photographer to provide proof of a valid 'Working with Children Check’ or equivalent. Upon arrival at BSRA events, official photographers must check-in at the RQ Shed on the competitors' headland to obtain an official BSRA photography vest. Official Check-in will be from 6.30am - 7.30am. Registration is required to gain access to an official carpark pass.
