Moore College of Art & Design launched our strategic planning process in January 2023 with the goal of creating a shared vision for the future of Moore that can ignite philanthropy, drive admissions, and inspire innovation and growth. 
 
We are utilizing a three phase, flexible process to build the new strategic direction. The process is designed to:
  • Elicit input from all stakeholder groups
  • Create buy-in among stakeholder groups
  • Align all areas of the College with shared understanding of goals, initiatives, implementation process, key performance indicators

The planning process will conclude with the presentation of the final FY25-29 Strategic Plan for review and approval by the Boards of Trustees and Managers in May 2024. 
 
Community Focus Group Sessions are scheduled to take place between March 14-31, 2023. To view available sessions and register, please utilize the tool below.
