NC Community Planning Assistance Team (CPAT) -- Panelist Application

The North Carolina chapter of the American Planning Association (APA-NC) is asking planners to volunteer and serve as a panelist on a Community Planning Assistance Team (CPAT). Please answer the following questions to submit your name as a volunteer panelist. APA-NC committee leaders will contact panelists as communities in North Carolina seek planning assistance from the CPAT program.

* 8. Please indicate whether you agree to this Conflict of Interest statement:  All team members must not have a direct financial interest in the outcome of CPAT work. Team members must disclose any prior or ongoing relations with the sponsor during the panel selection process.

Panelists agree not to directly market their services to the sponsor for a period of six months following the completion of the assignment. Any activities or discussions which may be perceived in conflict with the intent of this policy must be presented to the APA-NC executive committee before selection.
