EBA 2019 Winter Conference Call for Speakers

We are picking up where we left off in New Orleans and are continuing to celebrate 25 years as your premier Association. Feel free to look back in time or into the future.

Current Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) members are invited and encouraged to propose presentations for the June 9 - 12, 2019 conference in Philadelphia, PA.

To be considered for selection, please complete this submission form by March 15, 2019.

Proposed presentations should in the 25-minute range with time allowed after for questions and commentary. While not essential, your presentation should include discussion of your topic as viewed from a lenders environmental risk management perspective. You are encouraged to seek out banking members to contribute to your presentation and/or take part on your panel. Selected presentations will be positioned throughout the conference. We do our best to offer attendees a wide variety of topics tailored to current issues and risk drivers in the banking, real estate, and environmental fields. In addition, we are looking for presentations that focus on regional-specific (e.g., Philadelphia area) topics with panels consisting of the applicable players (e.g., regulatory agencies, environmental consultants, developers, lenders, etc.). Since this is our 25th anniversary year, we want to continue celebrating where we came from and where we are headed as an industry. In addition, feel free to think outside the box and propose topics that are forward-looking, or even speculative. What have we done in the past and what will drive our industry in the future? Feel free to take a reasoned look into your crystal ball.

Please note that presentations should be tailored to include a “take away for bankers” and/or be focused on the bankers’ perspective.
