Continuing Medical Education (CME) Survey Questions

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from you as a medical director, health commissioner, or physician in Ohio working in local health departments, community organizations, federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, and other clinical settings regarding your needs for Continuing Medical Education (CME) on public health topics that you would like to see from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). This information will be utilized to assist with development of CME activities and content. It is ODH’s goal to also seek ongoing feedback from you at various points in the future. We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey!

3.Please list below any public health, clinical, or health disparity topics that you would like more training on in your role working with a local health department, community organization, federally qualified health center, rural health center, and other clinical settings.
