Neighborhood Services Center is conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to determine the top needs in Talbot County in order to better serve low-income individuals and families. We will kick off the process with a community forum on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Talbot County Free Library from 11:30AM to 1:30PM. We gather input directly from the community as we understand the importance the community's voice has in determining the services and programs we offer. We appreciate your participation.
