The City of San José is proposing a two-phase change to the Sign Ordinance. Phase 1 is complete and enables a limited number of digital billboards on City-owned property. This survey asks for your input on Phase 2. In Phase 2, with certain conditions, digital billboards would be allowed on sites facing freeways that are privately owned or owned by public agencies. Digital and static advertising signs mounted to buildings would also be allowed in downtown San José. We appreciate your time answering the following questions:
