About the Survey

You are invited to take part in a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey being carried out by the Nottinghamshire Alliance Training Hub.

A TNA is a systematic process to understand the gap between current and desired knowledge, skills and abilities of individuals or groups.

Taking part in the TNA survey will help to identify any skills gaps, and determine which training is likely to be most effective for improving job performance.

The survey is expected to take around 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
