April 1 – May 6, 2026
Meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays | 12:00–1:00 p.m. CT
Join us for Part 3 of the Well Wisconsin Diabetes Workshop Series, running through May 2026. This three-session series focuses on applying healthy habits to real-life situations—movement, food choices, and daily actions that support long-term health.
You do not need to attend all four parts of the overall series to earn your Well-Being Activity credit.
Each workshop part stands on its own, and recordings of all sessions will be available for those who are unable to attend live.
If you missed Part 1 or Part 2, recordings can be found in the Well Wisconsin Online Library under “Workshops.”
