February 1-5, 2021 is designated Pride in Foodservice Week by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). This recognition week applauds nutrition and foodservice professionals and other members of the nutrition services team for their hard work and dedication on the job. Now in its 30th year, Pride in Foodservice Week is celebrated in facilities across the country in various inventive ways.

ANFP will review all submissions. The criteria for review includes:
  • CREATIVITY of the celebration activities.
  • IMPACT of the celebration activities: How well did it represent and "herald" the message of the good work that foodservice workers do to make their clients/residents lives better each day and to improve their facility operations?
  • INSPIRATION: How well did your celebration inspire a sense of pride in your team? A sense of appreciation from upper management, your clients/residents, or others?
