Kathleen McCarthy was a former president of CLRA’s Board of Directors who gave many hours of service to the organization. Her interest and enthusiasm in introducing rowing to everyone has resulted in this scholarship to promote rowing to middle and high school students. CLRA offers an annual scholarship of up to $300 towards the cost of participation (dues) on the High School Club Rowing Team (Participant will be responsible for $100 security deposit and personal travel expenses)
