1.Reflecting on your own weekly attendance on ZOOM since March, has it:

2.If you believe your attendance has improved, is it because:

Zoom makes it easy, eliminating travel time while providing the content I love.

My personal schedule has changed, making carving the block of time easier for me.

I've prioritized activities like Rotary more, as I assess what's important in my life.

The speakers and topics have been engaging to me.

3.If you believe your attendance has decreased, is it because:

I've been traveling; Fridays often find me away for a long weekend with family or friends.

I've experienced a layoff, furlough or other substantial job change that made participation more challenging.

I'm tired of sitting in front of my computer all day and can't do another Zoom meeting.

I tried Zoom meetings and don't find them valuable.

I don't find the speakers or topics of interest to me.

My workload has increased.

I am not able to use Zoom/and or do not want to attend meetings virtually.

4.As we explore adding more social interactions back into Rotary, which would you like to see? (Choose all that apply)

End of day (4:30 or 5:00 pm) socially distanced gatherings once a month at a local restaurant/patio/park.

End of day VIRTUAL gathering (5:00 or 5:30 pm) to BYOB, sit on your own couch/deck/patio and simply socialize, with no set agenda, with your fellow Rotarians.

Post-meeting opportunity (1:30-2:00 pm) to stay on the Zoom for a bit longer if you wish to share reflections, additional resources relevant to the topic at hand, etc.

Hybrid weekly meeting option: gather in a socially distant in-person way at pre-determined locations with small groups of 10 or less for viewing parties of Rotary meetings, which will still be broadcast via Zoom for all participants, participating as individuals or small groups.

"Rotary Member day/evening at the Zoo"; or other evening or weekend events where I can bring my family/friends and connect to other Rotarians in a casual setting while exploring/participating in the community.

Hands-on volunteer opportunities that heed social distancing requirments.

5.As we consider the existing time-frame of Rotary meetings (networking 12:00-12:30 pm, meeting 12:30-1:30 pm), do you feel:

It's just right; the social time is optional and meeting length is perfect.

It's a tad long; you could shave 15 minutes off both the networking AND the meeting, making Rotary from 12:00-1:15 pm only, starting the meeting promptly at 12:15 pm.

It's too short; there's so much good content and the meeting feels rushed - if the networking started at 11:45 am, the meeting could start at 12:15 pm and still end by 1:30 pm - our speakers would have more time to take questions or not be rushed if the announcements and other club business happen to cut into their time.
