Survey Description and Consent

You are invited to participate in a research study about community perceptions and needs around local coastal spaces. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire. The benefits of this research include generating data to inform activities related to the restoration of coastal dunes in San Diego County and ensuring that projects are grounded in community-identified needs. The findings are intended to inform ongoing and future San Diego Natural History Museum projects related to community-based restoration.
Participating in this study is completely voluntary. Even if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind and stop at any time. You may choose not to answer any survey questions or remain in the study for any reason. No names or other identifying information will be associated with your responses. If you have questions about this research study, please contact Kayla Gorman, kgorman@sdnhm.org. As part of our research process, TIER Institute IRB annually reviews our research to ensure that this study poses no more than minimal risk and that all research is conducted ethically and according to established guidelines.
