Let us know when you would like to schedule your appointment, and if your schedule has any restrictions. Is your schedule flexible? Color appointments could have approximately a 3 week lead time for booking depending on what you are interested in having done. 
Note: Regular hours: Tuesday-Friday 9am-6:30. At this time we are unable to schedule new color clients appointments after 3:30pm.

All new color and chemical appointments require a minimum $50 deposit at the time of booking. This will be applied to your appointment at check out, and is fully refundable with 36 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Color and chemical appointments require a good deal of time and we need the opportunity to fill a cancellation. Please let us know that you agree to move forward with your appointment.

Idéologie Salon does not issue refunds on salon services however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon please notify your stylist within three days of your service. We will make every effort to take care of any issues as soon as possible. Due to many variables and hair care products that are available to the public color services are not guaranteed without the use of hair care products purchased directly from Idéologie Salon.
