Town of Paradise Rights-of-Way Survey - Public

The Town of Paradise is preparing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for pedestrian facilities in public rights-of-way (Code of Federal Regulations § 35.105 and § 35.151[i]). As part of this process, you are requested to complete a self-assessment questionnaire that addresses the availability of services, policies, and practices for the public. Examples of services, policies, and practices for pedestrian facilities in the public rights-of-way include: regular upkeep of sidewalks and pedestrian crosswalk signals, accessible routes to public transportation stops and stations, implementing policies for pedestrian signal timing and curb ramps, and inspecting and constructing facilities to meet accessibility standards with proper slopes, widths and surfaces.
