The Town of Sellersburg Resident Award Naming Submission

Town of Sellersburg Resident Award

The Town Council of Sellersburg is working to develop an award bestowed to residents of our community.

For example, the State of Indiana has the "Sagamore of Wabash", the State of Kentucky has the "Kentucky Colonel", and Jeffersonville has "Commadore of the Port".

In this line of thinking, we are asking for resident input on what the best name would be for a Town of Sellersburg Award to residents.

This award would be given to those Town of Sellersburg Residents who have made positive noteworthy accomplishments to the Town, positive contributions to civil society, or outstanding service to the Town of Sellersburg, the State of Indiana, and/or our nation.

Submissions will be collected until Friday, April 5th. They will be independently reviewed by each Town Councilman and narrowed down to the top contenders. The top contenders will then be put to the community to vote on the final winner.
