A LITTLE HISTORY -
For years, agencies have asked CM to consider creating webinars and tools that would be helpful to them as they onboard new program staff. Knowing that turnover can be high and program leaders are often pulled in several different directions, we've created a Program Staff Collective that will take individual agency expectations into consideration. Through a series of resources and scenario-based learning opportunities, CM will guide your new staff through sessions alongside their peers. We'll practice new skills and break down barriers incoming staff may need to overcome.

When should staff start? - This series will provide each brand new staff member with tools they are able to utilize internally within their first several days at your agency. The tools will serve as a supplement to what you've already created and will in no way take the place of BBBSA's Program Staff Certification series....instead, the PSC will reinforce that series.

What's the Structure? We know agencies are structured differently so we'll be considering options for Enrollment Staff, Match Support Staff or Case-Management staff who cover both aspects of program. We will not be focusing specifically on Small Group Mentoring at this time, BUT much of the content we cover will be applicable to SGM processes as well.
