HONOCO INC Survey

The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete (collection ends 8/21/24, at midnight). There are 9 questions and three items that are mandatory. The voting email only went to one of your email addresses. If you prefer future votes to a different email address, please indicate on the survey.

Thank you for your support as a member of HONOCO INC, your continued membership allows for a private road condition with a reliable safe ingress and egress for you, your guests, utility, and safety vehicles (fire and rescue).

There are two votes for consideration

  • Hire a bookkeeper for records and reporting.
  • Utilize technology (email/survey instead of mail) to cast membership vote (proxy by computer).
Only one vote per membership (must have paid 2024 dues).

Your VOTE matters to the Board of Directors.

The HONOCO INC electronic record is important to maintain the not-for-profit accounting. This year, Honoco Inc was required to file for a new EIN, we now need to file an IRS form annually.

A bookkeeper would be accountable to keep our business records consistent and compliant for the business and reduce fiduciary burden on the board member volunteers.
  • Bookkeeper at $125/month ($1500/year).
  • Per member: $12/year allocation is supported by current dues.
  • Bookkeeper can maintain data in QuickBooks

HONOCO INC needs volunteers for the Board of Directors and committees. (Of note: several interested members declined due to bookkeeping responsibilities).
