As a local, member-owned Cooperative, we provide and support Internet, TV, and telephone services. We also offer Home Security & Automation services authorized by the Department of Criminal Justice (DCJS #11-9804).

Citizens' Business Solutions offers global connectivity with symmetrical business Ethernet, Hosted Phone solutions, Security, Surveillance, and Access Control Systems.

Citizens is located at 220 Webbs Mill Road in Floyd.

Lobby and drive-up hours are 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday; 9 am - 1 pm on Saturday.

We need your prompt assistance to demonstrate the need for

broadband in your community.

We are exploring an option to expand our services to the residents along our fiber route in portions of Montgomery County. Should it be financially feasible to build a fiber network in your community, we could offer you Gigabit Internet service (1Gbps or 1,000Mbps speed). Would you be interested?
