What a difference a couple of years can make! In 2018, The Jacaranda Center of Family and Youth Development. Inc. partnered with The Oakland Mills Local Leadership Team to conduct a Community Survey to determine the hopes and dreams you have for yourself and your family and the obstacles that stand in your way.
