Ilkley Parking Changes – Resident Feedback Form

Recent changes introduced by Bradford Council have altered parking arrangements across Ilkley.

Previously:
  • Many central streets offered one hour of free parking
  • Charges were limited and varied by location
  • Blue Badge holders were exempt from charges

Now (from January 2026):
  • £1 per hour on most streets, 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, including bank holidays
  • Only three streets retain one free hour (New Brook Street, Kings Road, Cowpasture Road)
  • Long‑stay tariffs now range from £1–£5
  • Blue Badge holders remain exempt but must follow maximum stay limits
