The Shields Ferry Survey October 2026 is about understanding how you feel about the ferry and how, or if, you use it. It is important that we get a variety of opinions, so we also need people who don’t use the ferry to take part.

The survey should take 10 minutes to complete and will be shorter for those who don’t use the ferry as some questions will be skipped.
