Purpose:

As part of the 13th year Earth Day celebration, this study aims to understand how Nature Art Therapeutic Films influence human emotions, focus, and overall well-being. These films combine visual artistic flow, conceptual nature imagery, and soothing soundscapes to create a calming and reflective experience.

We aim to measure:

•Positive emotional shifts

•Mental clarity and focus

•Sense of calm and inner balance

•Energy and mood enhancement

•Overall well-being impact


Who can participate:

Anyone who watches the film (general audience, parents, students, professionals, individuals with stress/anxiety, autism / ASD & caregivers.)

Duration:
5–7 minutes / 15 minutes / For Number of Days
