Funeral Industry Rulemaking – Article 2

Rules related to the licensing of funeral industry professionals are being made in Article 2 of Subchapter 9B. A draft of these rules was posted in November 2024. Further changes to the rules have been made based on review by the Department. The September Draft Rules contain these changes.

After reviewing the September Draft for Article 2, please provide the information requested below:
