Type A Driver Information

Thank you for exhibiting at the 2023 NATDA Trailer Show. To make your experience as easy as possible, I've designed this quick survey to provide some vital information, such as power washing and overnight parking, as well as ask important questions to provide my team as many details as possible.

* 2. How many trailers do you intend to drive into the expo hall for unloading purposes? (Estimated) 

Example - 4 stacked trailers on a gooseneck would equal only ONE trailer being driven inside the hall. This question helps us account for the amount of vehicles in the hall at one time.

* 3. How will your trailer(s) be driven into the Staging Lot / Music City Center?

If, due to the number of trailers you are bringing, you will utilize multiple methods, please check each box below that applies.

* 4. If your units will need to be unstacked, please acknowledge that you are aware you are responsible for placing a forklift order through Excel Decorators prior to the show. 

While Excel Decorators will have a booth on site for placing orders, they cannot guarantee availability at that time. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to place their order ahead of time.

DRIVER INFORMATION

To make the move-in process as quick as possible, NATDA requires the Names and ON-SITE Cell Phone Numbers of ALL drivers bringing trailers to the Staging Lot. This information helps us connect with the drivers on your behalf should they need directions, are delayed or you cannot be reached.

The inability to contact drivers at during the move-in process may result in the inability to set up your booth. We place great importance on this information as it ensures your experience is a great on with our team. Please be as thorough as possible in the contact details.

Driver Information needs to be submitted no later than August 22nd, 2022. If you do not have this information now, you may skip the following questions at this time. However, please provide the information below as quickly as possible to corey@natda.org.
