OZ Minerals 2019 Materiality Survey

Background:
Each year OZ Minerals conducts a Materiality Survey to ascertain which topics are relevant to OZ Minerals and our stakeholders.

The result informs both our 2019 Annual and Sustainability Report and company strategy.

Prioritising topics:
The topics shown are the result of a pre-assessment which identified the highest ranking themes highlighted in stakeholder consultations, media surveys, industry reports and sustainability analyst questionnaires.

We would like to prioritise these topics through two dimensions:

which topics have a particular influence on the economic, environmental and social impact of our performance and development,
which topics do stakeholders value when making a decision to invest in, accept a job or partner with OZ Minerals?
