Important Information for Exhibitors
Official opening night will be on Friday 13th November 2026 at 7:00pm, which includes previewing and the announcement of the prize-winning entries by the Judge.

Exhibitors will have free entry on opening night, and additional tickets are available at $40 per person.

This is a great opportunity to meet other artists and prospective buyers.

We hope that you, your family and friends can join us on this special evening. There will be a light supper and refreshments available.

The exhibition will then be open for sales, and our weekend openings are:
Saturday 14th November to Sunday 15th November 2026
Daily from 10am to 3pm.


Key Dates:
• Entries close (must be received by): Tuesday 3rd November 2026 [No late entries will be accepted]
• Personal delivery of entries: Monday 9th November 2026 between 9.30am and 2pm or 4pm to 5pm
• Freight deliveries must arrive by Monday 9th November 2026 between 9.30am and 2pm
• Opening night: Friday 13th November 2026 from 7.00 pm
• Exhibition Dates: Saturday 14th – Sunday 15th November 2026 from 10am to 3pm.
• Pick up paintings: At the completion of the show from 2pm Sunday the 15th November 2026.
1. All entry forms must be returned by Tuesday 3rd November 2026. Artists may submit a maximum of 5 Entries. Works must not have been previously displayed at the St. Bernard’s Art Show.

2. Entries into the “small painting” category must be no bigger than 30cm x 36cm including the frame.

3. All entries are to be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $15 per painting entry, $10 each small artwork (approx. 30cm x 36cm) and $5 per student entry.

4. This can be paid by credit card or by Direct Payment into our account.

5. All works are to be the original work of the artist and must be suitably presented, either framed ready to hang or as an unframed canvas ready to hang. All works must be clearly labelled on the back with the Artists name, title of work and price – including 22% commission.

6. Works are to be delivered to St. Bernard’s School Hall on Monday 9th November 2026, between 9.30am and 2pm or 4 to 5pm.

7. Any transport and insurance costs must be met by the Artist. All possible care will be taken but no liability will be accepted by the organisers for any loss or damage to works of art.

8. Please indicate on the entry how the work is to be delivered and collected.

9. Works not sold can be collected at the completion of the show on Sunday 15th November 2026 between 2pm – 4pm.

10. The organisers reserve the right not to display any work.

11. A Commission of 22% will be retained by the organisers on all works sold.

12. For Works sold, the organisers will send payment of the balance after commission, to the artist as per entry form.

13. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph any of the works for the purpose of promotion.

14. All works must be for Sale or they will not be considered for Judging.
