Welcome to the Builders of Tomorrow BC Foundation’s Bursary Application.

The Builders of Tomorrow BC Foundation is committed to supporting the education and career development of individuals pursuing careers in the construction industry, including those interested in BC’s unionized construction sector. As these awards are funded by donors representing workers under the BC Building Trades unions and their affiliate unions, preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate an interest in pursuing careers within those unions.

Bursaries are intended to support demonstrated financial need.

The Foundation currently offers the following awards:
• Builders of Tomorrow Scholarship – Recognizes academic achievement and educational excellence.
• Builders of Tomorrow Bursary – Supports applicants who demonstrate financial need while pursuing construction-related training.
• Darlene Sigurdson Bursary – Supports apprentices from equity-deserving and underrepresented backgrounds pursuing careers in the construction industry.
