Thank you for participating in Enova’s HR Health check.  The purpose of this tool is to help you better understand how your organization is performing across five key HR categories.  Results of Enova’s Talent Health Check will allow us to make recommendations on how you can better attract and retain high-performing employees.

What to Expect:
  • This survey contains 70 questions and will take approximately 15-25 minutes to complete.
  • Questions focus on 5 key areas of HR and should be answered as accurately as possible.
  • Upon completion, an Enova Talent Consultant will call to arrange a time to review results.
