The following questions will help us find the right puppy for you. Our puppies are well cared for in our homes. They are our pets. Our goal is to find each one a loving home where they can be part of the family. Their care and well being is our priority. Please be sure to answer each question in its entirety. 2.What is your home address (where the puppy will be residing)?
3.Have you ever had and cared for dog or puppy before?
4.Who will be responsible for and take care of the new puppy?
5.Do you own other animals? If yes, please provide what kind, the age, and if they are spayed or neutered?
6.Can you tell us about yourself and your family? (Ex. Have children, work from home etc.)
7.Do you have a preference on male/female, color?
8.How many hours will the puppy be left alone?
9.Our puppies are sold with a spay/neuter agreement and limited AKC registration. They may not be bred or shown, and must be spayed (female) or neutered by 8 months of age. Do you agree?
