Background: The Buddhist Churches of America (BCA) is working to understand what makes out temples and churches attractive so that newcomers and old-comers alike walk through our doors. Reaching out to our readership is one way to gain a broad understanding from across temples and districts on what is working at local temples and churches that promote outreach and propagation and new member growth.
