Dear Colleague:

The Ohio Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) Planning Committee is conducting a brief follow up survey of those Ohio libraries, museums, historical societies and archives whose responses to the October, 2015 survey indicated an interest in joining DPLA once a scanning operation has been created at their library.  To help you get ready for this initiative, Ohio DPLA Community Representatives (http://dp.la/info/get-involved/reps/community-reps-meet-the-reps/) will be hosting a free one-day workshop on Thursday, May 28th from 10 AM-3 PM at the State Library of Ohio. Workshop sign up information will be sent to survey participants within the next four weeks.

The following survey will be used to determine what topics are of most interest to workshop participants.  While we plan to cover the topic of digitization as whole, it is our goal to review questions and topics that participants are specifically interested in learning more about.

You may enter and exit the survey at any time. There is an icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to ‘exit the survey’. To exit/reenter the survey, you will need to enable cookies on your browser, as this is the way SurveyMonkey tracks the respondent. Additionally you will need to use the same browser and the same workstation/laptop in order to complete the survey.

To submit your answers, you must click on the "Done" button at the end of the survey form.

For assistance, please contact Katy Klettlinger, State Library of Ohio, at kklettlinger@library.ohio.gov.

Please complete this survey by: Friday, February 19th
