Lake County Agriculture Department Drought Impact 2021 Survey

This survey is in regards to the current drought in Lake County.  Your information may be used to communicate the effect of the drought on Lake County agriculture with other stakeholders.  Any identifying information, including site locations, names and contact information, will be removed from your responses so your feedback will be anonymous.

2.Please list your commodities impacted by the current drought
3.Please list the number of acres / number of head of livestock / number of hives under production for each commodity listed above.
4.How many acres/ #of head of livestock or # of hives have been affected by the drought conditions?
5.Please provide the % (or tons/acre) of crop reduction due to the drought.
6.Have the current drought conditions prevented you from planting any commodities?  If so, please list the commodity and number of acres that you were not able to plant.
7.Are you currently hauling in water for your crops or livestock?
8.Have you had any springs or wells run dry? 

9.Have you or are you experiencing a decrease in well output?
10.As a result of the drought, have you had to reduce your herd size?
