Vrbo Customer Advisory Board Member Application |
Our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is made up of partners we trust to give clear, concise feedback and perspective on their experience with Vrbo. All CAB members must meet the following requirements:
- Must be online, bookable, and in good standing
- Must be able to communicate openly and honestly without anger or hostility
- Must be willing to commit to at least one hour per month
- Must be willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA)
- Must be able and willing to use BlueJeans, the video conferencing app used for all calls
- Must commit to 18 months of service
- If you’re unable to commit 18 months, please don’t apply.
- If at any time you fall out of good standing, you can be removed from the board.
- If you sell your property and are no longer in the industry, you will be expected to inform us and step down from the board.
- Must be able and willing to use BlueJeans, the video conferencing app used for all calls
