Background
Prenatal screening consists of blood tests and ultrasounds that are done to determine the chance a pregnancy may or may not have trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), trisomy 18 and other genetic conditions. Prenatal Screening Ontario (PSO) was created to coordinate prenatal screening services in Ontario.

Who Can Apply?
PSO is looking for members of the public to incorporate the needs and experiences of the community. If you have been pregnant in the past three years, or were the partner or family member of a pregnant individual, please consider filling out the application below.

There are many ways that you can make a difference and improve the care of pregnant individuals across the province. For example, you may provide input on our website content, new education materials, and various changes considered to the prenatal screening system.

If you have any questions, please contact Prenatal Screening Ontario, PSO@bornontario.ca
